Field Evidence included in written reports or notes
Field evidence may include written reports or notes made by an arresting or investigating police officer, accident reports, police or patrol activity logs, chemical test refusal reports, photographs of the scene of the accident or arrest, photographs of the defendant, film, videotape, or audio recordings of the defendant, warrants issued in connection with the case, jail logs, booking slips, records of Miranda warnings and other advisements given the defendant in connection with the arrest, and tangible evidence found at the scene of the accident or arrest or seized from the defendant
